Referral Program Terms

The WHITE LIFE referral program is available only to participants who are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, maintain accurate account information, and comply with all applicable laws in their country, state, province, and locality.

Participants are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or representative relationship with WHITE LIFE LLC, 임우철, or any owner, officer, employee, contractor, agent, or service provider.

You are not authorized to bind WHITE LIFE LLC, make legal promises on our behalf, represent that you work for us, or present yourself as an official spokesperson unless we separately authorize that in writing.

Commissions apply only to qualifying, verified, compliant purchases attributed to your valid referral link. The current referral ladder is 10% starting with the first qualifying purchase, 20% after 10 verified purchases, and 30% after 100 verified purchases.

A qualifying purchase excludes taxes, VAT, duties, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, coupons, store credit, payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, disputed amounts, fraudulent transactions, duplicate purchases, self-referrals, and any transaction we reasonably determine is non-compliant.

Commission rates, qualifying products, and reward tiers may change prospectively. We may correct obvious calculation, tracking, or ledger errors at any time.

Referral attribution is based on the last eligible referral click recorded within 30 days before purchase, subject to fraud, duplicate, cookie, device, and account checks.

Attribution is not guaranteed. Browser settings, blocked cookies, ad blockers, expired links, duplicate accounts, platform limits, payment errors, or incomplete tracking may prevent a commission from being credited.

We may reject or reverse attribution when the same buyer, household, device, IP range, payment method, email pattern, referral ring, bot traffic source, or other signal suggests manipulation or non-compliance.

A commission becomes eligible for withdrawal no earlier than 7 days after the purchase, and only after the purchase clears refund, dispute, chargeback, duplicate-buyer, sanctions, tax, KYC, and fraud review.

The minimum withdrawal request is $10.00 in net compliant balance. Pending, blocked, disputed, tax-reserved, or charged-back commissions do not count as withdrawable balance.

Before any payout, you must accept the current referral terms, complete identity verification, provide a valid payout account, submit required tax information or equivalent documentation, pass country and sanctions checks, and have no unresolved compliance flags.

Payout approval is manual or processor-assisted. A payout request does not guarantee payment until all compliance checks, processor requirements, and ledger reviews are complete.

Prohibited activity includes self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate buyers, bot traffic, paid click farms, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, referral rings, misleading claims, review manipulation, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, trademark impersonation, spam, malware, scraping, sanctions risk, and any activity that harms users or WHITE LIFE LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHITE LIFE LLC may use its sole and reasonable business discretion to classify referrals, traffic, accounts, purchases, commissions, or payout requests as verified, pending review, blocked, forfeited, or clawed back.

If we detect or reasonably suspect prohibited activity, we may suspend or terminate the account, disable links, withhold payout, forfeit commissions, reverse ledger entries, request additional proof, or recover previously paid amounts.

If a purchase is refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, found fraudulent, or later becomes non-compliant, the related commission may be reversed even if it was previously shown as pending, available, requested, or paid.

We may offset reversed commissions, fees, taxes, chargebacks, processor costs, or compliance losses against future commissions or payout requests. A negative balance must be cleared before new payouts are approved.

You are primarily responsible for all taxes, VAT, GST, income tax, self-employment tax, reporting duties, invoices, disclosures, and filings related to referral income in your country and local jurisdiction.

When legally required or reasonably necessary for compliance, WHITE LIFE LLC may deduct, reserve, or withhold VAT, backup withholding, tax withholding, platform fees, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, and processor fees from any payout.

US participants may be required to provide Form W-9 and may be subject to IRS backup withholding. Non-US participants may be required to provide W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, or equivalent tax documentation before payout.

We may require identity verification, date of birth, address, payout account ownership, tax documentation, sanctions screening, AML review, fraud review, and additional information before approving payout.

Payouts may be unavailable, delayed, withheld, or cancelled when required by law, processor rules, banking restrictions, sanctions rules, export controls, AML requirements, platform policies, or missing or inaccurate account information.

If a payout cannot be completed because of inaccurate information, unsupported country, failed verification, payment processor restrictions, tax document failure, sanctions or AML concern, or your failure to respond, WHITE LIFE LLC is not responsible for the failed or delayed payout to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your referral or affiliate relationship anywhere you promote WHITE LIFE, including websites, newsletters, social posts, videos, comments, reviews, ads, communities, and messaging apps.

Disclosures must be hard to miss and placed near the claim or link. Examples include clear language such as 'affiliate link', 'I may earn a commission', or an equivalent disclosure that complies with the FTC Endorsement Guides and applicable local advertising laws.

Misleading earnings claims, fake testimonials, unsupported performance claims, hidden disclosures, spam, or policy violations may result in forfeiture, account termination, and clawback.

You are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid payout account that you own or are legally authorized to use. We may reject payout details that appear mismatched, incomplete, risky, or unsupported.

WHITE LIFE LLC is not liable for payout delays, failures, extra fees, exchange losses, frozen accounts, processor holds, bank rejections, PayPal restrictions, Stripe Connect verification limits, or other third-party payment issues outside our direct control.

We may modify, pause, suspend, or terminate the referral program, commission rates, attribution rules, payout methods, rewards, or eligibility rules at any time. Changes apply prospectively unless they are required to correct fraud, legal risk, abuse, or clear ledger error.

We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately if we believe your activity creates legal, payment, brand, fraud, platform, security, or customer experience risk.

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Wilmington, Delaware, after written notice and a reasonable cure period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and WHITE LIFE LLC waive the right to a jury trial and waive class, collective, consolidated, representative, private attorney general, or class arbitration proceedings.

Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief, reporting conduct to a government agency, responding to lawful government process, or exercising non-waivable statutory rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHITE LIFE LLC, 임우철, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, vendors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, lost-opportunity, or business-interruption damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability related to the referral program will not exceed the unpaid, verified, compliant commission amount actually owed to you for the specific dispute.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WHITE LIFE LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, vendors, and service providers from claims, losses, costs, penalties, fees, and expenses arising from your promotions, disclosures, taxes, payout information, legal violations, platform violations, or prohibited activity.
